Here’s a video we created for our Christmas Eve service featuring the kids from our church. I was inspired when I saw the video made by the St. Paul’s Church so we decided to try and do our own version.
A few key reasons we thought it might be a good idea to do this project.
- You can arrange to film in October – usually in one day. So that means parents don’t have to come to endless practices during the busy Christmas season in December.
- You don’t have kids cancelling right before Christmas Eve due to illness
- Some families travel during Christmas time, by doing a video, almost all the kids were able to be part of the video
- Parents don’t have to frantically try and video tape the program from 15 pews back… they have a good quality video to keep for themselves as well as email to relatives who might be far away.
